At Dixxon, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
